March has been such a busy month so far, I feel like the days are all just running together. The house is constantly messy, laundry is never done and work keeps piling up. So.... the blog suffers. I just haven't had much to say lately and Avery does her best to avoid the camera (I have dozens of great pictures of the back of her head though). I feel like we've got so much going on, yet when I sit down to write about it I have nothing to say. That being said, I want to write SOMETHING each week, I know if I don't I will get out of the habit and before I know it I will feel like I have so much to catch up on that it will be too overwhelming of a task so I just won't do it. Hmm... this may be why the house is such a mess and the laundry basket is overflowing. I digress...
We've had some wonderful visitors/house guests the past few weeks. Matt's mom came to stay with us twice in the past month. It was great to see her and have someone to help out with Avery. She's been helping Matt and I with some very exciting projects (more about that later).
Thursday night we welcomed the cutest little house guest I think we've ever had. Little miss Pippen is just the most darling golden retriever I have ever seen. I could have kidnapped her and kept her forever.
Seriously, how can you not love this face... Look at those white eyelashes. OMG. Adorable. Her and Cash were the best of friends and I know he misses her already.
Pippen wasn't the only cute house guest though... Last weekend our niece and nephew (and their sweet mamma) came up to stay. I don't know who had more fun, Cash, Pippen, Avery, Emily or Grant. I just love watching kids and puppies play together. They are so innocent and sweet, it makes my heart happy.
Who wants to come visit next? Oh wait... the Lohreys will be here in a few weeks. YAY!!!!!
Yaaaay we can't wait to see you guys!! I love when people visit us but I LOVE LOVE LOVE visiting others too :) Miss you!
