How Far Along: 19 weeks
Size of baby: Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large heirloom tomato.
Gender: We
will find out at my appointment on Thursday! I can't wait!!
Maternity Clothes: Not yet but I had to start using my belly band with my jeans. I bought some new maternity clothes but they don't fit yet. I'm at that awkward stage where I'm not big enough to fill out maternity clothes but most of my shirts are getting too small.
Weight gain: ??? I don't have a scale but I'm guessing about 6-7 lbs.
Movement: I started feeling consistent little flutters Thursday night. I've been feeling more and more movement each day. Love it!!
Sleep: No problems!
Symptoms:Nothing really, just a growing belly :)
Cravings: I'm noticing an increased appetite! I definitely ate for two on Thanksgiving
Best moment this week: I can't wait to find out the baby's gender on Thursday and have an anatomy scan to see our little peanut! Last time it felt so much more real after we knew the baby's sex. We've picked out names but can't seem to agree on a definite boy's name. We might keep the name a secret... I think it would be fun but I'm not very good at keeping secrets like that!
Also, I started the weekly progesterone treatment a few weeks ago, they haven't been as bad as I expected. I'm really hopeful they work because I found out the muscle relaxant I was on with Avery was banned by the FDA last year so it is not an option this time around. Just trying to stay healthy and praying for a (somewhat) normal pregnancy!
